Jeff was responsive, competitive, and answered all of my questions quickly throughout the process. He was honest and looked out for what was in my best interest in terms of costs and rates. The whole process was online except for the final signing of paperwork. I was out of town when everything closed but they were able to send a notary to my house at night when I returned. The notary was very processional, explained everything to me and we sat outside due to COVID. I highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff brought a personal touch to our home mortgage experience. He helped us time the market to get a great interest rate with low fees. Once our rate was locked in we had a few issues we had to overcome. That is where Jeff and his team really shined, they helped us through that process and got us to the finish line.
